color or colour and web design
Colors do more than just make things pretty. They evoke different feelings in every individual. And depending on the person’s culture, certain colors are associated with different meanings. Therefore it is very important to be conscious of ones intended audience when choosing colors for a website. Some colors may be considered offensive in some cultures, and in others that very same color may be regarded as sacred.

2 sites one post
http://www.bbc.co.uk/
I like this website mostly for its content, but I do like its simple layout.
http://www.bofunk.com/
This is just funny stuff. It's easy enough to navigate and the concept is clear.

My favoritest blog
http://www.travelpod.com/members/kitkatgo
A few days before I stumbled into this blog I picked up a book titled 1000 places to see before you die. It’s definitely an interesting read but I was surprised to find people dedicating blogs to their travels based on this book.
Everytime this lady travels to one of those places she posts an entry. It's not impressive writing but it is interesting. I’m curious to see if she’s going to make the 1000 mark.
Another blog worth checking is http://www.thefunnydogs.com/
It's good for a quick laugh.
